Anyone else with UTV for landline calls noticed that short calls to mobiles get rounded up to a full minute? Their website says the min call charge is 5.99 cent and thet they do not round up any calls to the nearest minute. I have queried it with them and eventually got told that they do round up to th nearest minute!
We seem to have dozens of calls to mobiles where they only last as little as 3 to 10 seconds (probably get voice mail and hang up). These are costing 20c each plus VAt - it soon mounts up.
Has anyone else had this problem with UTV ? Do other providers round up calls to the nearest minute?
(I have contacted Comreg about it and am waiting a response.)
