Using a Broker for AH

Hi, it is yeah, but its good to get one that deals with all three of the AH approved lenders.

i.e My broker was great, but could only get me quotes for EBS and IIB, I could've gone to BOI myself and compared, but at the end of the day, she told me what to expect from BOI and I went with one of the others anyway....

They save sooo much hassle!

Went with Coonan as out mortgage brokers, they were also our estate agents, but are a seperate entity contrary to previous reports about them on this forum.

In relation to the work they did for us - they were excellent and would strongly reccomend the usage of a brokerage - you won't be saving any money - just hassle which you cannot put a price on!
