Ive just been offered a 2bed apt in citywest plaza with SDCC - ive been on the affordable list for 4yrs (I dont earn enough for AHI).
Ive been trying to return their call but I cant get through. Ive no other details yet.
Has anyone else got an apt here - what are they like & how much?
However in the meantime (I gave up on AH) Ive organised SO with DCC. Everything has gone through in sofar as I got an email this morning confirming chq's were requested to be drawn down so Im thinking I should have keys in 2wks?
My issue is
SO house with DCC - Ive gone so far and I was happy with it but its not a great location and needs a lot of repairs however I can buy out the council.
Vs apt in citywest -Its near luas (needed for work), brand new apt - nothing much to do to it, closer to family, friends & work but service fees, car parking, no garden, clawback?
What would you do?
