Hi
I looking to buy in a complex where Trinity Property Management from Stillorgan are the Managing Agent. Please pm me if you have any experience of dealing with them regarding fees, service, upkeep of complex, response to queries etc Thx
 
I thought this was a board for public discussion of topics, not a source of private consultations?
 
At least the OP knows the difference between a management company and agent :D

Don't forget, agents don't set the fees, the directors of the management company are responsible for setting the budget and fees are calculated from this.
