Transferring Irish Personal Retirement Bond to UK SIPP

I am 60 years old and have a PRB held by Irish Life since 2012. I live and work in the UK and will retire here. I am a UK citizen.

I posted on this forum in July 2015 on this subject but still am going round in circles trying to figure out what to do with this PRB. I do not want to have an Irish annuity.

Ideally, I'd like to transfer the Euro PRB to a Sterling SIPP but can't find out how to do this. Irish Life say they can transfer without issue or charge but I can't find a UK SIPP provider that will accepted a transfer in from an overseas account.

I really want to avoid any tax liability as this will become part of my retirement income.

I could really do with some advice, especially if there's any UK based providers that will handle this.
