I have a credit card balance with MBNA of €4k. Am paying off the min payent each month but with the interest added I'm getting nowhere. I have a BOI curent account. Do you think I could transfer my balance onto a new BOI credit card at a lower rate or even 0% for a few months? Are the banks much stricter on this now?
