I have two properties. 1 in Dublin and 1 in Helsinki. I am currently living in Paris.
The Dublin property in worth 200k with a mortgage of 230k @ 4.1% and the one in Helsinki is worth 310k with a mortgage of 245k @ 2%.
I am overpaying the Dublin property by 1k per month to get out of negative equity asap.
My plan is to sell Helsinki and use the profit to reduce the Dublin mortgage. I do not plan on returning to Helsinki. Is this a wise option?
