I was wondering if someone could give me a rough estimation of how long this may take. In the past week my partner and I have gone sale agreed on both the property we are buying and the property we are selling, all booking deposits paid. We are selling our place to a FTB so there is no hold up there. The people we have bought from are moving to a house in the country which is all ready for them. When both parties have nothing really holding them up and everyone involved is keen to move with no delays, how long can I expect the whole selling process, signing of contract etc to take? The first place we bought was not built when we bought it so it was a completely different scenario to this one. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
