This estate off Clonee village is being relaunched. Initially launched in 2007, the developer is putting back remaining new units (built ca 2006/2007) on the market. (Summerseat drive/walk/green, not summerseat court which is a different estate).
Seriously considering buying there, as location is convenient from a work perspective, and it's close to the village + transport. I see there is a planning permission for a school just across the road. I thought I would ask here if anyone have heard / live in this estate.
We're currently hesitating between a 3-bed duplex or a 2-bed terraced house in this estate. They're at the same price region 220/230k. The duplex are huge (120 sqm) and would be 'permanent' - the 2-bed house might require to trade up in 10/15 years time if we need more room.
I see some post from 2007 (AH), but would like to see if there are more recent feedbacks on this development.
