Would appreciate advice on following;
House purchased April 2007.
Rented April 2009 so investment property since.
I thought that the clawback period was reduced from five to two years if it is rented after Dec. 2007 but is it a case that this is only correct if the house is in it's third year up?
I am trying to complete tax return at the minute and if I do owe stamp duty will they alert me to this?
