Solicitor for Conveyancy

Hello

I am moving house soon and wonder if anyone can recommend a solicitor who can provide a fast and efficient conveyancy service. I am based in Dublin (Central Dublin or southside solicitor preferable).

P.S. I am only looking for a solicitor who will provide the service for a fixed price (as opposed to a percentage of the sale price of the property). Does anyone have any personal recommendations?

When switching to NIB's LTV mortgage, I had to use First American. They're the €500 plus Vat plus Outlay people or something along those lines. I know it was a remortgage but the principal is the same. I certainly had no issues and found the solicitor good. For something basic or relatively straightforward I'd use them again. If you suspect there are more complicated issues then perhaps a "traditional" route is a better idea?
