    Hi

My daughter (age 27) has returned from 3 years abroad, is living at home and is actively seeking work.

When she inquired about claiming jobseekers she was told that as she was living at home she would have to provide details of her parents income, mortgage repayments etc. surely this is irrelevant in deciding whether or not she is entitled to a benefit.

    Any help appreciated

It shouldn't be relevant at her age, she is over 25, did she tell them her age?
