Did online sample test and got following feedback-

Planning and Organising Sets clearly defined objectives; plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances; identifies and organises resources needed to accomplish tasks; manages time effectively; monitors performance against deadlines and milestones.
Showing Resilience This competency describes the tendency to stay calm and focused when under pressure, to control negative emotions, and to remain positive when facing difficulties. You selected responses that tend to be reflective of average to above average levels of showing resilience. You are likely to have average effectiveness in showing resilience. Behaviours associated with average levels of this competency are: generally remaining focused and calm when work pressure builds up; tending to control negative emotions in difficult situations, to avoid emotional displays, and to appear calm even when experiencing negative emotions; largely having a positive outlook and not let setbacks and failures cause one to lose perspective; mostly accepting negative feedback without interpreting it as a personal attack; not dwelling on negative events too long.
Developmental Tips
• Whenever someone provides feedback or criticism, take time to carefully consider what was addressed. Write down why it might have merit, even if you don't completely agree with it.
• When you find yourself in a work situation where you think you may lose your composure, stop and think about what has happened the previous times that you lost your composure. Then, calmly reassess the situation and see if you can maintain your disposition.
• When someone provides feedback or criticism that you don't agree with, take the time to ask follow-up questions. Try to really understand why they see faults that you do not.
• When work becomes stressful, try to find a valued coworker to talk to. Talk to them not only about how you are feeling, but also talk about ways to handle the stress.
• Ask your colleagues/partner/friends how they perceive your ability to handle pressure. In what ways do you respond well? In what ways do you respond less well? List the points, aim for more of the former.
• If someone has said something which has made you angry, internally count to 10 before you respond. Take time to gather your thoughts and express yourself without displaying your emotions.
• Look at your behaviour in meetings. Are you more or less resilient in your handling of negative comments than colleagues? Identify someone whom you regard as a resilient character. Discuss their methods with them, use them as a role model; can you adopt any of their tactics?
