Service a site costs and info?

Hi,

We have just put in an offer on a site which will hopefully be accepted on Monday. Just wondering once again about costs of servicing the site. Its about ½ a mile to the nearest house so I am thinking it will be quite costly for poles etc. Anyone have any ideas on site servicing costs.
