Currently selling my house, my solicitor has informed me it is now compulsory that all Registry of Deeds titles be convered to a Land Registry title (new style) and this will be a matter for the Purchaser's Solicitors to attend to however we are obliged to provide an OS Map. We use a firm called "XYZ"to obtain the OS maps on our behalf and their fee for providing the map is €150 if you are happy for us to obtain this map on your behalf, can you kindly forward us a cheque in the sum of €150.
Can I get this map myself from OSI or is it more complicated than that? Just trying to save as much money as possible. Thanks.
