Selling and a Certificate of Compliance

Help - before I have an early breakdown...

after making the decision to sell our little home we have found a problem.

We need a certificate of compliance for an attic conversion we got 3 years ago and NO architects I have contacted will do this as they don't "approve someone else's work" but we were not aware we needed one at the time !!!

Has anyone a number of an Architect that would consider giving a certificate of compliance ?? Please

Have you only contacted architects? Try some of the local engineers. Ask your solicitor for a recommendation. Or tell us what area you live in and some of the posters might have a recommendation.
