i don't see why there would be any problem, if you have bought a house through an auctioneer who is selling yours. i think it would put pressure on them to sell yours quicker as two sales and two comissions depend on it not just one.
It puts the auctioneer in a cozy position where he can end up suitinh self rather than you, he knows too much about you as a buyer, always best to keep your cards to yourself when buying........
I would think that this situation would help speed things up and cut down on time wasted getting messages to and from auctioneers and lenders - if the auctioneer does his job well.
