I booked flights online and realised afterwards that I did not deselect travel insurance purchase option hence they charged me for insurance.Can I get refund from Ryanair as I have annual travel policy alreadt?
Sharp practice I feel that you must Delete option rather than select option for insurance on their website.Bit like tesco manager putting item in your basket and you must notice it and take it out before getting to checkout or be charged by default.
