Retail Franchise – Recommendations

I am considering leaving my PAYE job to start out on my own(partly that is).

I think the way to go is via a successful franchise such as Spar, Centra etc., however, these companies are “stale” in the market and I am looking for something that is new – fresh to the market.

If I could I would buy into a Starbucks franchise but they are not “franchisable” – has anyone been to the US and maybe noticed a franchiseable company that has taken off?

Or, can anyone point me towards websites etc that detail up and coming businesses? in particular American or British.

Domino,s are a sure bet but you need about 250k to talk with them,last year the tallagh shop won the award of being the busiest in the world ! Great margins and ongoing support ,advertising etc.

I think it's closer to €500K...and that's cash not borrowings.
Could be wrong so check it out anyways. Best of luck
