Require Recommendation for someone to do general gardening/cleaning in apt complex

Can anyone recommend someone or a company to do general cleaning/gardening at our small apartment complex - the work is all outside i.e. weekly cutting of small grass area, spray weed killer, pick up litter, sweeping, general tidying of our recycling and bin areas etc.

The guys who currently have the contact are fairly useless despite numerous complaints by the Directors - so if any of you are happy with the guys you use I'd appreciate your recommendations.
