Hi, due to work, I will have to move out of my apartment that I bought in Cork Street in Dublin 4 years ago and rent somewhere else.
The questions I have are do I lose the Mortgage Interest Relief (about 140 euro a month, which is very handy)?
Could my bank charge me a different interest rate as I will no longer be owner occupier? Currently on variable with BOI
Would I be liable to stamp duty, it was bought in Oct 2006?
If my mortgage payments exceed my rental income (fairly likely as there is a significant oversupply of property in the Dublin 8 area), on what if any am I liable to pay tax on?
I am novice when it comes to this, so sorry if these questions have been asked before.
