Im really interested in the Rent to buy Scheme in Mile Stream,Cork City. Does anybody currently know of anyone doing this, seems like a good idea at the moment, but im wondering are there catches to it?
I am renting at the moment, so seems ideal & because I would prefer to have my own home in a few years...any fews on this?
