I was wondering if there was anybody here who bought on Dublin City Councils rent-to-buy scheme recently.
We're residents in Prospect Hill in Finglas and we have been experiencing serious delays in the completion of this scheme. Everyone i've spoken to locally on this scheme is extremely sceptical that these "issues" are real.
Herberton in rialto and Park View in Ballymun were offered under this scheme at the same time as Prospect Hill. Are there any residents of either complex here that has any experience these delaying tactics by DCC.
The worry is they have already moved the goalposts once & now they are delaying the sale while prices are rising.
