If someone buys a house what rights have they to ask the estate agent to remove all online ads regarding the house sale? Are there any buyers rights to have this done immediately? Are there any rights regarding the images that are used of property that you now own? It's a security and privacy infringement for the house that you have bought to be displayed for however long the estate agent feels like.

You might want to check this with IP lawyer but the images are theirs to use how they see fit (legally) even if the property is yours. I'm not sure how it's a security risk unless they display the address or have the location / EXIF information embedded in the images.

I agree it is a security risk as it allows thieves to see the layout and security features from the inside. Have you asked the estate agent to remove the add from the website?
