In the company 10 years, our team is being made redundant & i'm happy to go.
I have been on-call for last 10 years, 1/6 weeks, part of my duties.
Some other colleagues were on a different rota last year- & rota got moved to another country, they got compensated for it & still remain in the company.
We were told because we were being made redundant, we weren't entitled to any compensation.
anyone with similar experience?
