Large chunks of plaster from my chimney stack (outside - very top) has fallen off, so ideally want to have it completely redone and also flashing etc. checked.
Anyone has recommendation? Would be North Dublin.
As a side note, also have some Seagulls nesting on top of the chimney so either need a very brave repairman or need to wait until September or so.
The plaster bits that have fallen off are resting on the roof and aren't likely to fall off (or hit anyone) but I guess I could quote health&safety reasons to get it do now...
