My Aunt had a property (in her own name) let to Galway Council on the RAS Scheme. She unfortunately passed away recently and my Uncle who is now the legal owner, wishes to downsize to this property due to it being near the Hospital. He has many health issues.
Is the transfer to my Uncle suitable grounds to end the RAS tenancy / contract? The RAS contract was in my Aunt's name only.
