Quick stamp duty question

Hi

Built a house 2 yrs ago myself but am not living in it

Now however Im thinking of buying another house...will i pay
stamp duty on this house or am i seen as a ftb by the revenue?

You are no longer a FTB for stamp duty purposes.

But you are for owner occupier mortgage interest relief purposes which you didn't ask about but which might still be relevant.
