PRSI/Income Levy Relief on 2010 Pensions Cont.

Hi,

Just wondering if I have it right, that relief for PRSI and Income Levy is available for pension contributions I made in 2010?
If so, is the refund from Dept of Social Welfare/Protection for both?
I've sorted out the 41% from revenue easily enough.
I'd appreciate any advice, thanks!

Here the claim form www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/forms/cgprsi1.pdf that you need, however you cannot claim back the income levy unless you have a medical card

Thanks Baracuda. Revenue had told me it was from the Dept. of Social Protection so cheers for setting me straight.
