PRAI--property transfer

Hi,

I inherited a house from my Uncle who passed away this year. I did probate myself & grant of probate has come through.

I want to get the Folio number in my name, I called the PRAI but they said to read the Transfer of Registered Land (which I have done)

has anyone transferred a Folio number into their own name?
