Looking into the Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching in NCI.
Has anybody here done this course?
I already teach and have thought in the adult and further education field and now working as a trainer in the corporate world.
Also considering the CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development.
Not sure which would be more suitable. Was thinking I'd like to get more into people development / coaching. There's a big price difference between the 2 also!
