Point Village Car Parking

We purchased tickets to see the Corrs at the 3 Arena at the end of this month. While on Ticketmaster I also purchased a ticket for Car Parking at the Point Village. As we will be arriving late for the performance (due to difficulty sourcing a babysitter), does anyone know if my car parking ticket will guarantee us a space?
