I Never Signed A Contract. I Think Im Just Gonna Ask For A Payrise The Worst He Can Say Is No
 
Who? What do you work at? Are you represented by a union? Is your employment covered by the relevant national wage agreements?
 
i work in an office ans the phone, purchase orders, supplier payments, invoicing (a bit of everything) Im here bout 3.5 years and my last payrise was 2 years ago i was just wondering if i am entitled to a payrise each year its only a small place but getting bigger and workload is getting huge because company merged with another in the last few weeks there is no union (should i join one) im on more than the min wage anyway
 
As far as I know not all employments are covered by the national wage agreements and, as such, not all employees are automatically entitled to annual salary reviews (increases). What does your contract of employment say about annual performance/salary reviews?
