paying tax on property in Ireland

Hi,

I'm originally from Germany, but I've lived in Ireland for more then 4 years and also bought a house here.
Now I got a new job back in Germany and I would like to keep the house in Ireland, but don't really know precisely how this will work out tax wise?
Will I need to pay tax in Ireland, if I do sell it eventually(I have a local contract in Ireland)?
Or does anyone have a suggestion where I could find sound advice on these matters?

Thanks in advance

You probably need advice from somebody with expertise in the tax codes in both jurisdictions.

For one thing non resident landlords renting a property in Ireland must arrange for certain taxes to be witheld locally. See the Property Investment FAQ and Revenue booklet IT70 (?) for some info on this specific issue.
