Hi,
If i fill out my P35 for this year, and lets say that based on my calculations, that it turns out that I owe revenue more money, will they let me know?, and then give me a period of time to pay the money owed?.

It will show itself up there and then. When you fill it out it gives today due less paid balance attached.
Give the help line a ring and tell them about the money being tight etc and ask them about spreading the liability a bit- how much are you talking about and how long do you need?

I was on to them since. all seems ok. I think :). They gave me the figures as well of what they have.

If your underpaid tax on a P35 is more than 10% of the overall liability, you may be charged a surcharge.

It is best to pay all 2005 paye/prsi due and have a 'balancing' P35.
