as far as I know, none of the irish based companies will quote. The reason, being that to provide insurance, you need bulk. the more houses on the book, the cheaper (in theory) the premium as the loss can be visited on the many.
I think that your best bet would be to get a local newspaper and check the ads.
I'd recomend you contact one of the larger Irish brokers and ask them for a number of their local office for dealing with F....tura, might be their Spanish office. Try may AON, Marsh or Coyle Hamilton Willis.
