I run an online retail operation and am considering emmigrating. I think it would still be possible to run the business from aborad using a fullfillment service. We'd make regular trips back to keep an eye on things.
If we did this - what would be my tax position? I'm a sole trader.
We would be in Ireland regularly but not enough to be considered resident. Would we have to pay income tax in Ireland, or in the country we move to (inside EU).
