Non resident tax credits

I am an Australian working in Ireland since April 2004 and am leaving to go home in October.

I have heard that I can claim back the tax that has been paid on my departure.

Is this possible and does anyone know how to do it?

I am not sure about the tax.But it seems logical that you might get back some of the pension contributions.Ask in the Department of Social Welfare.Your employer should be able to give you advice as well.
