I realised yesterday evening that I have a bit of an issue and would appreciate you thoughts. I am a Non-Resident Landlord and rent my property in Ireland since over 10 years. I´ve always completed a Tax Return but have used the Form 1 (T&E) and not the Form 11. The tax that has been applied is the same rate of 20%, so taxes have been paid.
Form 11 is the correct form I assume?
Now I am faced with the issue that I cannot a Form 11 in ROS Online because it is demanding a Form 1. I´m a bit hesitant to call the Revenue!
Any thoughts or has anybody had anything similiar?

Someone's going to have to sort it. Your problem is that when you sell the property, your Forms 11 will be recorded as outstanding and you won't receive Revenue clearance to be paid the proceeds.

Call them. They won't bite your head off but it could be difficult to resolve.
