I am looking for recommendations please for a nice place to stop for lunch off the motorway between Limerick and Dublin. We don't want any fast food outlets or take aways and prefer nice coffee shops / tea rooms that do varied selections of sandwiches / cakes, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
