I live on the 2nd floor of a leasehold flat. A neighbor on the ground floor
has written to me asking permission to fix his satellite dish to my wall.
Do I need to contact the owners of the block of flats for permission. (I had to
when I had double glazing put in). Is it usual to charge a fee for permissin.
Or would it just be good neighbourly to say yes??
