Hi, new to this site and hoping for some advice. House is about €100k in NE and I really want to move to a different part of the city mainly for work n issues. I have a very good salary and mortgage never in arrears etc. In your experience are Ulster bank likely to let me move house? Im not looking to borrow any more, same value sell and buy. Will I need to cough up a deposit? Will they stress test me again? Will they let me keep my tracker? Thanks T44
