My property rights and if breakdown of a relationship.

The house is in my wife’s name, done this way because we would lose tracker mortgage if we add my name to mortgage, although I am paying 90% all bills repayments. My name is not on the property title but we are officially married for14 years have a 11 year child.

In the event of a breakup, what are my property rights? Due to the fact that my name is not on the title to the property, am I in a disadvantageous position?
