Just completed the draw down of funds on a transfer of mortgage away from Ptsb and top up for extension works.
I work in the financial services industry and have to say the experience was a breath of fresh air.
Dealt with the same person thru out the process who kept me up to date throughout and was always available on the phone and couldn't do enough.
Likewise my solicitor said on his end the solicitor dealing for the credit union was top class.
There is def a place for the local personable touch in the market.
