Wrong forum Moving to north

If i decide to move to the north and just hand back keys of house to the bank, but i continue to work as a self employed individual in the south even though i am making a loss at present, how will that affect me handing back the keys?

Fact is i cannot afford to pay mortgage and feed family, business is terrible at moment but i know it will get better but will take a year

I really am at a loss at what to do
