Hi All New to this site!:)
Not too sure if this question has been asked before?
Which lender's offer mortgage breaks of up to 3 months.
So far I found the mortgage store offer.
Does anyone else?

Re: Mortgage Break's

Just checked with AIB. They also offer a mortgage break.

Re: Mortgage Break's

Hi Pieman,
IIB offer interest only option for the first 3 years and i think Permtsb dont charge you for the first 3 months (will be added on at the end or whenever tho) Hope this helps!

Re: Mortgage Break's

UB offer 6 months breaks (moritorium I seem to remember it being called) from mortgage payments. This has been discussed previously on AAM, can't remember the number of banks listed but I remember thinking it is probably available from all given the right circumstances.

Re: Mortgage Break's

I think, but could be mistaken on this, that AIB are unique in that they offer the moratorium on 100% mortgages. The others did not. This was the case when I drewdown anyway (last summer), IIB/UB/PTSB may have changed their policies since then.

PTSB offer up to the first 6 months deferred once loan to value is less than 98%.
