Mechanical question on front suspension

I recently parted with my hard earned for a '01 Volvo S60....Shortly after I got it there was a kind off knocking noise from the front drivers side, brought it back and they changed a 'bushing' under warranty, seemed to solve it...Problem now is that every morning (or evening if I haven't driven the car all day) it sounds like the front suspension is going to cave in, all squeeks and grinding etc. It seems to disappear after 3/4 miles of driving though.

It's still under warranty so I'm going to bring it back to the garage but it means I'll have to leave it with them overnight so they can actually witness what's going on for themselves....

Has anyone any idea what could be causing this ?
Thanks,

Sounds like they didn't lube the new bushes well enough when installing them.

Try spraying the joints containing the new bushes with WD40. Alternately take it back to the garage and ask them to do it for you.

The work of a few minutes.
