My daughter has bought a damaged car in the north. The garage where she bought it are doing the repairs. They estimate will take about three weeks or so to complete. It might therefore be possible that it wouldn't be ready until after the budget. Just wondering if there are VRT rate changes would it be likely to be from January or might they be effective immediately for imports?
