Length of time between contracts/drawdown

Hi

I'm a FTB. Just wondering what's the avg time to drawdown once contracts have been signed. Vendors solrs have just today sent out contracts and I'm trying to avail of NIB deal of €1,000 towards costs. Drawdown date must be on or before 14th April and am starting to worry it won't be a done deal before then (3 weeks).

4-6 weeks is average but depends on everything being in place and running smoothly. Three weeks is tight but doable if both vendors and purchasers want it to happen, title is in order, vendors can move out and purchaser has funds all lined up. Its easter week so lots of pressure on lots of people to try and make things work.
