Health Insurance Laser Eye Surgery Tax Relief

I had Laser Eye Surgery done & I want to to claim relief for the cost of it using the Med 1 form. Each Eye cost €1235.00 plus the Consultants Professional Fee of €500.00. Can I only claim for the €1235.00 or can you claim for the Consultants Fee as well?

You cna claim for both. Do you have health insurance ? You may be able to claim the consultants fee off them seperately.
